How long does it take to complete an order?

After you place an order, our partner manufacturers will immediately begin on-demand printing or embroidery. Completing your custom product takes approximately 2-5 working days.

Once the product is finished, it enters the shipping process. Shipping time depends on the delivery address you provide:
- Including domestic or cross-border shipping: approximately 5-30 working days

Please note that these times are for reference only, and actual shipping times may vary due to various factors.

Can I modify an order that has already been submitted?

Yes, you can modify or cancel an order that hasn't entered the customization process. Please make changes within 24 hours of submitting your order, using the following method:
1. Log into your account
2. Click the "Modify Order" button on the order page
3. Edit the product and shipping options from there

If your order has already entered the customization process, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please carefully confirm your requirements before ordering.

Is there an express shipping option?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping services. Due to the many factors involved in cross-border shipping, we cannot accept urgent shipping order requests. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this information to view your order's shipping status on our partner logistics company's website.
Tracking steps:
1. Open the shipping notification email
2. Click the tracking link in the email or copy the tracking number
3. Enter the tracking number on the corresponding logistics company's website to view the latest status

Why might I receive more than one tracking number for a single order?

Our products are manufactured by selected high-quality manufacturers, and different products may be manufactured in different regions or countries. Therefore, if a single order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The system will automatically display the specific shipping fee at checkout. The amount depends on whether it's domestic or international shipping.
General reference price range:
- Within the US: Starting from $3.99
- Outside the US: Starting from $11.99 (depending on the destination)

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We mainly cooperate with the following carriers:
- International shipping: DHL, FedEx, EMS
- Within Taiwan: Chunghwa Post 

The specific carrier used will depend on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Are there additional fees for international orders?

For international orders, recipients may need to pay local import duties and taxes. These fees are determined by the customs of the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend that you check the relevant regulations in your country before placing an order.
